  • Payment information (processed and stored by Stripe — we never see your full card details)

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide, operate, and improve the Service
  • To process payments and manage your subscription via Stripe
  • To send transactional emails (welcome, payment receipts, subscription changes)
  • To send product updates and trading tips, if you have opted in
  • To respond to support requests

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the Service:

  • Stripe — payment processing
  • Resend — transactional email delivery
  • Google Cloud Platform — hosting and infrastructure

Each of these providers has their own privacy policy and security practices.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data and trade history are permanently deleted from our systems. Stripe may retain billing records as required by law.

Tradez uses session cookies to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.

You have the right to:

  • Access and update your personal information from your account settings
  • Opt out of marketing emails at any time from your account settings
  • Request deletion of your account and all associated data

7. Security

We use industry-standard security practices including HTTPS encryption, secure session cookies, and access controls. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. Payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe.

8. Children

Tradez is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
